The Wildflower is a woodsy rustic chic wedding for the couple that is free spirited, lovers of the outdoors, and admirers of simplicity. Our packages are designed for an uncomplicated stress free experience. We empower you to create exactly what you want for your special day. Like a wildflower, you are not bound to any specific way or idea. You can use our Preferred Service Partners or you can bring in your own vendors. Whether you will be hiring your own caterer or having the family cook, you are free to choose.

Ceremony and Reception Sites

Imagine your ceremony on a sandy beach right by the picturesque shoreline or a tree-lined bluff overlooking an alpine lake. A very intimate setting with nature. Your white wedding chairs and arbor will be arranged for you and your guests.

Your reception will be on a spacious deck overlooking the lake or you may choose the south shore with our amazing covered pavilion and gorgeous setup in a covered space with romantic outdoor lighting. Your tables and chairs will be set up and waiting for you to add your finishing touches. We have designed seating diagrams for you to choose from to keep things uncomplicated and stress free!

You do have the option of upgrading your chairs, tables and/or wedding arbor for an additional fee.

Queen Anne’s Lace Deluxe Package


($4500 + 8% tax and 20% service charge)

Package accommodates up to 100 guests. ($15 per person over 100 guests)

Includes:

  • Eight hours, including set-up time, at the venue ending no later than 10:00 pm Set-up ceremony and reception to accommodate up to 100 people (seating diagrams provided)
  • Includes 60” round tables and one sweetheart table
  • Linens and napkins
  • Chairs for the reception
  • Ceremony site set up
  • Wedding arch
  • Property Liaison to assist you with details before and available the day of your wedding.
  • Event Staff set-up/break down of our equipment only.
  • Trash removal.
  • Parking is included and based on availability
  • One security staff member – optional for an additional fee
  • Beverage Packages available.

Marigold Ceremony Package

($2000 + 8% tax & 20% service charge)

Package accommodates up to 100 guests. ($5 per person over 100 guests)

Includes:

  • Four hours for setup of ceremony site, your ceremony, and wedding photoshoot
  • Wedding chairs for up to 100 people, set theater style
  • Wedding arch
  • Event Staff set-up/break down of our equipment only. Trash removal.
  • Row boat for wedding couple and photoshoot opportunity
  • Property Liaison to go over the ceremony set-up details before your wedding.
  • Parking is included and based on availability
  • One security staff member – optional for an additional fee
  • Beverage Packages available

Evening Primrose Reception Package


($3000 + 8% tax & 20% service fee)

Package accommodates up to 100 guests. ($10 per person over 100 guests)

Includes:

  • Five hour Reception at chosen location
  • Two hour set-up time
  • Reception set-up can accommodate up to 100 people (seating diagrams provided)
  • Includes 60” round tables and one sweetheart table
  • Linens and napkins
  • Chairs for the reception
  • Row boat for wedding couple and photoshoot opportunity
  • Event Staff set-up/break down of our equipment only.
  • Trash removal.
  • Property liaison to assist with initial venue details and day of venue logistics Parking is included and based on availability
